Withdraw from a contract

Use this form to declare withdrawal from your RKV order or contract. Enter your name, an email address for the receipt, and details identifying your order or booking. An order, quote or appointment reference helps; without a reference, describe the contract. You do not need to give a reason.

You can also send your withdrawal by email to info@rkv-consultants.com. The withdrawal policy explains the deadline and consequences.
